| I usually send photos only of the merch/photocards from gos because it takes too much time. If you joined a go and want a specific video I'll add a fee of 0,30€ |
| The buyer must pay a fee of 0,50€ for each past day without making the requested payment before the deadline. the buyer will not receive their items until the payment required. After 7 days the merch will be put up for sale and the buyer will be reported as a timewaster. |
| Buyers that won't provide any proof of the receiving items won't have any right to receive refunds/changes in case the merch does not match the claim. |
